Fons Schmid

Fons Schmid-Chairman
As of January 2008, Fons has been working as an independent consultant in the field of International food legislation, food safety and quality, communications, government affairs and corporate social responsibility. Fons worked in the international food and non- food business for over 40 years, starting as corporate lawyer ,thereafter having held a large number of high level staff and line functions, including marketing and sales, quality management and innovation projects. His mission is to contribute to the responsible and healthy growth of companies and organizations in the food and agricultural sector, to the benefit of all in- and external stakeholders. One of his main positions now is that of independent Chairman of FSSC 22000 and HPC 420. Fons was the first Chairman of the GFSI in their starting period 2000 - 2004.

 

Cornelie Glerum

Cornelie Glerum – Managing Director
Cornelie received her Master of Laws at Utrecht University in the Netherlands in 2004 and in 2006 eventually earned her spot with FSSC 22000. Since then, Cornelie has been part of FSSC 22000s rapid rise as a global certification scheme, recognized by the GFSI. Being the Managing Director, Cornelie is the chief executive officer of HPC 420 and represents the organization in the exercise of its legal personality. She serves all HPC 420s external stakeholders and is responsible for the day-to-day management of HPC 420. This includes communication, attending higher-profile meetings and developing close relations with and maintaining high-level contacts with HPC 420s stakeholders.

 

Erwin Roetert Steenbruggen

Erwin Roetert Steenbruggen – Technical Advisor
Erwin is a University trained mechanical and business engineer with extensive B2B marketing and logistic experience .After he joined a big international food retailer he developed as a food and near food technologist. Safety and quality management is his passion. Development of new products, factory audits, combining technology, trouble shooting, hygiene codes, HACCP, GFSI, GMP, International food/feed/near food product safety standards and managing food and non-food safety for several multinationals, made Erwin who he is.
